We’re excited to announce the successful completion of a pivotal project with AQUABATTERY. Pure Water Group played a key role in designing, engineering, and installing a state-of-the-art energy storage solution in Delft.
This project, designed to store energy during periods of electricity surplus and supply power during grid shortages, showcases our commitment to delivering innovative and sustainable solutions. By integrating AQUABATTERY’s advanced flow battery technology into a compact, containerized system, including tank storage solution for the saltwater technology, we’ve built a powerful tool for long duration energy storage (LDES).
Pure Water Group configured this pilot system as a plug-and-play unit consisting of AQUABATTERY stacks with pumps and liquid stream flows, a control panel with PLC/HMI, and interconnecting piping and utilities—all installed within a 40ft high-cube container.
